Business is great when you are in the hottest city in the nation when it comes to job growth. They anticipate the trend to continue. The variable being the final delivery schedules of the 18,000 - plus units in some phase of construction currently. We would like to see more new construction in the Clear Lake, Seabrook, Kemah and Webster or Friendswood, but most are in the Energy Corridor, Inner Loop, Heights, Montrose and Museum or Art District, and Galleria areas, with a few sprinkled throughout North Houston, Woodlands, etc.!
